General Terms and Conditions of Contract for

Limousine Service EF Services GmbH

By the allocation of a vehicle, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of contract for limousine service EF Services GmbH as set out below.

The booking becomes valid through written confirmation by the agent (EF Services GmbH).

The contractual price is as quoted in the contract. Should a contract be cancelled more than 3 days before  pick-up then no costs will be incurred to the client. Cancellations w ithin 3 days of pick-up will incurr the following charges:

up to 24 hrs before pick-up: 50% of the contractual price

less than 24 hrs before pick-up: 100% of the contractual price

Cancellations must be in written form.  In exceptional circumstances cancellation may take place by telephone through the limousine service EF Services GmbH, but a written cancellation must follow.

Not included in the transport costs are: drivers meals and accommodation, road and tunnel charges and value added taxes.

Should no cancellation be received and the client does not show, the full transport costs will be charged

Payment Possibilities:

Cash (Swiss Francs)

Credit Card: Credit Card number can be advised at booking.

Following credit cards are accepted: American Express, MasterCard and Visa
(Debit cards: Maestro and V Pay). Part of the payment can be paid in the currency of the client‘s homeland.

Contracts payable per invoice are possible in certain circumstances.

We reserve the right to renege from the contract should information come to hand that payment could be jeopardised.  Should a vehicle used by a client be extremely dirty or damaged, the client will be liable and charged in lieu thereof (including vehicle disability time).

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

The limousine service EF Services GmbH will do its utmost to fulfill the contract. Should the contract not be able to be fulfilled, due to  unforseeable circumstances, such as: traffic jams, bad weather conditions (snow/ice), strikes, vehicle breakdown, etc, then the agent cannot be made liable.

All of our drivers have the necessary driving licenses necesarry for the carrying of passengers and the vehicles are correctly registered. Our vehicles and passengers are fully insured.

The place of jurisdiction is 5400 Baden, Switzerland.
